Holy Smoke, Inc. has been Siskiyou County’s premier stove shop and chimney care company for more than four decades.

It all started back in 1979…

That’s when Tony and Jeannie Reitz founded what was then called Holy Smoke Chimney Sweep. It started as a one-man chimney sweep company, with Tony doing all of the work, and in the early 80s, the company evolved into Holy Smoke Chimney Services. It’s at this time that Tony earned his contractor’s license and the Reitz’s added Lopi stove sales to their service offerings. Then, in 2005, Tony and Jeannie created Holy Smoke, Inc., which is what the company is called today.

Holy Smoke, Inc. was a family-owned business back then and it still is. In 2014, Sean Kraemer became part owner of Holy Smoke, Inc. When Tony and Jeannie retired back in 2019, Sean and his wife Hannah took the reins, and they continue to run the business today.

Fun fact: When Sean and Hannah married at the Mount Shasta City Park, Tony officiated the wedding.

Our team consists of Certified Chimney Professionals, Certified Chimney Reliners, Certified Chimney Masters, and Factory-Trained Technicians. We also grow and develop our team through our memberships with the National Chimney Sweep Guild (NCSG) and the Golden State Chimney Sweep Guild.
