Hello world! Despite current circumstances and a lot of uneasiness with human interaction, we are informing you that we will still have our show room open and be making house calls for service work and installations.
We are, at this point, considered an essential business and will continue to perform work as normal. Beginning this week, we have started to help prevent any potential spread by sanitizing our show room and service trucks. We are also sanitizing door handles, chairs and other items customers come into contact with after each visit to our show room.
Our service techs are making an effort to wear protective gloves and masks during service work and sanitizing tools and devices used in clients homes. We also, have a user friendly software that allows us to send invoices, reports, quotes and receive payments via email and text. If you could please do your part and maintain appropriate distances or wear a mask as well, while we are in your home, we would greatly appreciate this to further your protection. If you have any questions regarding products or issues with your system/ stove, don’t hesitate to call us. Our staff is ready to answer your questions and direct as best we can over the phone or via email.
We do not want to make anyone feel uncomfortable or unsafe, so please let us know if you would like your services altered in any way. We will do our very best to take care of all of our clients, however we do not want to endanger anyone. We will keep everyone up to date as things progress and we wish all of you good health!
